25,000 AI tokens per account per UTC calendar month, shared across workspaces owned by that account. Lower plan limits may apply. Input and output tokens both count, including instructions, conversation history and tool results. Requests reserve tokens before they run; unresolved requests can temporarily hold allowance. When an allowance is reached, new AI requests pause until the next month. Free-plan AI access also depends on a shared monthly service budget and may pause when that budget is exhausted. Paid pricing has not been finalized.
How your data is used
Agents and conversationsInstructions, reference notes, uploaded knowledge files and chat history are stored to run your agents and continue conversations. Chat attachments are read as text and saved with your conversation when sent; the original chat file is not retained. Voice input is currently unavailable. Knowledge files are converted into text passages and embeddings through an embedding provider. Relevant passages are sent to the configured AI provider when an agent runs.
Connected servicesOnly tools granted to an agent can run. Their configured inputs are sent to the connected service. Credentials are encrypted on the server; API keys are shown once and stored as hashes.
WorkspacesWorkspace members have access according to their role. Conversation history belongs to its caller. AI allowances are shared across an owner’s workspaces.
Export and deletionAccount export and deletion controls are in Profile. Deletion may require resolving active work and shared ownership. Deleting app data does not remove copies already sent to other services, downloaded exports or backup copies.
During the beta, avoid entering sensitive personal information or secrets in chats and reference notes. Contact support for data questions or deletion assistance. A failed external action may still have taken effect; check the connected service before repeating it.
